In this video I give you some tips on how YHWH has taught me to make fasting a bit easier. Fasting isn't meant to be easy as we are supposed to humble ourselves before God. However we can enter into a fast and exit out of fasts easier, to make the first 1-3 days smoother then having huge hunger cravings and sugar cravings. God told me to fast and so I did it! And for 3 days, my spirit was so strong that I could
resist all food and water!
I only have one prayer in mind before I feel the hunger and thirst "Father, I will arise from weakness to strength, in Jesus name!" and from praying this, I never felt thirsty. What amazes me is that, even when I go to work, I never felt tired or grumpy or hungry. I felt every bit of favour and grace follow me throughout my days during the fast.
