MEDITATION
Psalm 1:1-3
"Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
But his delight is in the law of the Lord,
And in His law he meditates day and night.
He shall be like a tree
Planted by the rivers of water,
That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither;
And whatever he does shall prosper."
BREAKING STRONGHOLDS
Meditation has the power to remove strongholds (lies) that we have created in our own minds. A stronghold is anything we believe, that does not line up with the word of God. If we continue to believe these lies they can become a hinderance to our blessings, healing and even relationship with God. If we believe that YHWH lives 100000 miles away and that He no longer speaks to us, He will respect our belief and not force a relationship onto us. But if we believe that YHWH lives and dwells in us, as the bible says, the truth opens a door for us to have constant communication with Him.
By identifying strongholds and meditating on the word (the truth) rather than the lies we believe, we will begin to break down our strongholds.
As you begin meditating on the scriptures, you may still doubt the truth in your heart, however over time by constantly repeating, pondering and revolving the scriptures (His word and truth) around our mind, we will inevitably start to believe the truth. Which opens new doorways to intimacy with YHWH and discovering His kingdom.
The bible says to walk by faith and not by sight. If we believe only what we can see and not what God says, we will stay tethered to the physical realm. The truth is we are no longer bound to the basic principles of this earth. We are able to walk as Jesus walked by His Holy Spirit. We can do greater things then He (with Him). To walk in faith means to never agree with what we see around us and only agree with Gods word.
DECREEING SCRIPTURES
Have you ever wondered how to experience breakthrough in the various challenges and issues of life that we encounter and pray for? How can we fully utilize the tools that the Lord has graciously given us? And how do we speak in faith and witness the manifestation of miracles? One powerful tool that the Lord has entrusted to us, is the Power of Decreeing His Word. Through the act of decreeing, we align ourselves with God's will and actively participate in establishing His purposes, while dismantling the works of the enemy. Decreeing releases the power of God to bring forth the miracles and breakthroughs that He desires to bestow upon us.
The Bible speaks extensively about the power of our words, emphasizing the importance of wisdom in our speech. What could be wiser than speaking in agreement with the Word of God? When we align our declarations with the truth and promises found in Scripture, we tap into the supernatural authority and creative power that God has placed within us. By speaking in faith and decreeing in alignment with God's Word, we activate the spiritual realm and invite His miraculous intervention into our lives. Our words become a catalyst for transformation, as we partner with God in bringing His will to fruition on earth as it is in heaven.
It is crucial to recognize that the power of decreeing is not a mere exercise in positive thinking or wishful speaking. Rather, it is a deliberate and intentional alignment of our words with the truth and authority of God's Word. As we speak in faith, we release the power of God's promises into our circumstances, inviting His supernatural intervention and breakthrough.
A scientist Dr Emoto once did an experiment. The experiment involved exposing water to different words, music, and intentions, and then freezing the water to examine its crystalline structure.
What Dr. Emoto discovered was nothing short of astonishing. Water subjected to positive words and loving intentions formed beautifully intricate and harmonious ice crystals, while water exposed to negative words and emotions produced distorted and fragmented structures. We could have saved Dr Emoto a lot of time by showing him the scripture Death and Life are in the power of our tongues (Proverbs 18:21). The words we speak can both speak death or life. If we are speaking negatively over situations or people, we are creating that atmosphere in the spirit realm. However if we speak positively and blessings over situations and people, we are creating life. By personalising scriptures and decreeing them over your life you are both meditating on the truth (breaking strongholds) but also prophesying your future. Building an atmosphere and path with God.
We have created over an hours worth of scriptures that have been personalised for you to pick out a few or a lot and decree them verbally out loud over your life. Aligning your future with the word of God. By spending 10 to 30 minutes a day decreeing scriptures you can radically change the direction of your life. If you also have had any prophetic words I suggest writing them down and decreeing them over your life daily.
Prayer & Meditation
The powerful effect of praying in tongues while reading our bibles or meditating on scripture.
This practice not only combines the power of praying in tongues but also opens up a realm of revelation through the Holy Spirit. As we engage with the Word of God, we can simultaneously pray in tongues, allowing the Holy Spirit to breathe life into the Scriptures and bring forth deeper understanding and divine wisdom. This is more effective than reading the scripture and repeating it in our minds; we can also visualize and imagine the scripture being illuminated by the Holy Spirit. Which brings the word to life and unveiling its hidden truths. Praying in tongues serves as a catalyst, allowing the Holy Spirit to breathe life onto the scriptures we are meditating on.
It opens up a doorway for revelation to flow from YHWH into our spirits, causing the Word to take root within us. It moves beyond mere intellectual understanding and becomes a living, active part of who we are. The scriptures become "heart knowledge" rather than just head knowledge, transforming us from the inside out.
Our experience with praying and meditating on scripture has vastly opened up the bible and allowed us access into the deep hidden mysteries of YHWH and His Kingdom.
As we entwine ourselves in the scriptures through praying in tongues and meditation, we create an environment for the Word to abide in us. It allows us to tap into the supernatural realm, where the Holy Spirit imparts wisdom, revelation, and understanding. As we meditate on the scriptures, the Holy Spirit breathes life into them, unveiling their hidden truths and empowering us to live out their principles in our daily lives. Some of the most profound revelation we have received has come from praying in tongues while meditating on scripture. The insights are endless when the Holy Spirit broods over the living word whilst you are praying and meditating on scripture.
nourishing our minds
We need to be careful about what we allow into our minds and what we choose to focus on.
If the enemy can plant a false thought or idea in your mind and you begin to contemplate it, without realizing it is not from God, it may lead to temptation and aligning with the enemy's plans.

"whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy - meditate on these things". Philippians 4:8
By filling our mind with only good things, we don’t give the enemy any room to attack us with intrusive thoughts. And if they do, we are able to notice it immediately. As their lies do not line up with the truth, which is the word of God.
